Liv was born and bred on the coast of Wollongong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science in 2021, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2024.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, she experienced a few minor injuries and an ACL tear. Going through the extensive rehabilitation process after her ACL surgery is where she discovered her interest in exercise physiology, particularly injury rehabilitation.
Due to her gymnastics background, Liv quickly fell into the Crossfit world. When not in the clinic, you’ll find Liv lifting weights and swinging on the rig.
Highlights working PH:
The team! Everyone here is so knowledgeable and so eager to share what they know. It’s also never a dull moment in the clinic, the team is always so full of energy. VIBES!!
